Court debt recovery and enforcement of receivables for businesses
I handle court debt recovery from the payment demand to bailiff enforcement for companies with recurring receivables, lenders and financial institutions, debt funds and servicers, and property managers with rent arrears. I do not represent consumers and do not take on one-off small receivables. I combine proceedings with the firm's own LegalTech tools.
How court debt recovery works
Scope and order depend on the claim, the documents and the debtor's situation.
Case preparation
I analyse documents and data, then prepare the payment demand, which often leads to payment or a settlement without a court.
Electronic Writ-of-Payment Proceedings (EPU)
EPU, the e-court procedure, suits documented claims unlikely to be disputed, especially at volume. If the debtor objects, the matter moves to the ordinary procedure, and I assess whether to continue.
Civil court proceedings
Disputed matters go to the ordinary civil court. I prepare the claim, represent you at hearings and keep track of deadlines.
Enforceability clause
A title to be enforced needs an enforceability clause. I handle this stage so enforcement can start without delay.
Bailiff enforcement and settlements
Enforcement of receivables begins with a motion to a bailiff. I monitor it, handle returns and discontinuances, and account for recoveries as agreed.
Status reporting
I report statuses in a format that suits your systems.
According to the law firm's internal statistics for 2025, in the consumer loan segment, payment orders were issued in more than 95% of matters filed in Electronic Writ-of-Payment Proceedings. The data concerns that specific segment and period; it is not a forecast of outcomes in other matters.
Who I handle debt recovery for
The firm is based in Warsaw, but I serve clients across Poland.
Companies with recurring receivables
Arrears appear regularly and need a steady process.
Lenders and financial institutions
Uniform templates, deadline control, predictable flow.
Debt funds and servicers
Owners and managers of NPL portfolios.
Property managers
Rent and service charge arrears.
I run an attorney's law firm. I represent you before the courts and bailiffs as your counsel, I am personally responsible for the matter, and information about it is covered by attorney-client privilege. I do not represent consumers and do not take on one-off small receivables.
Fee models
Monthly retainer
For entities with predictable, recurring matter flow.
Stage-based fee
Fees linked to procedural stages: EPU, court, enforceability clause and enforcement.
Hybrid / individual model
For large portfolios, restructuring projects and organizations with their own operational KPIs.
Technology in case handling
I use in-house tools for data import, document generation, EPU handling and reporting. Legal decisions remain with me.

I also support large portfolios: NPL debt portfolios.
